1. How many types of Users can join Waitless Queue?

People with all below cases can join queue
a. People with smart phone
b. people with general phone
c. people without any phone also can join queue, using Waitless Lite App, and enetering name.

2. What is Smart Hospital?

All patients Tokens, is live with single wifi. With this patients can come at just in time and get their appointnemnt.

3. What if any patient has taken Token, but forgot it.

4. What is QueFi? and how its helpful.

QueFi is IoT Device and its helpful at marking each Token completion.

5. Who has to delete Token in QueFi?

Any of below person can delete Tokens.
1. Doctors can ask and delete token.
2. hospital staff can delete Token.
3. Patient self service can also delete Token.

6. Why Token display system is needed at any place?

Token display is helpful in knowing patients with General phone and without phone about which Token is running at doctor place.

7. In which devices Token display can be shown?

Tablet with Internet OR Monitor with Android box OR Android TV with Internet can be used as Token display system.

8. Can the system also, calls with voice next token to be served?

For Single doctor, Voice calling system in English/Regional is Available.

9. How to connect QueFi?

QueFi can be connected with Wifi OR Mobile hot spot.

10. How to configure QueFi?

Click on link Queuefi-Configure to know details on configuring your QueFi.

11. Can I set Max number of Tokens per day and per session?

Under config you can set this option.

12. Can I set different sessions per day?

Yes , you set max 3 session with start and end time.

13. Can patients book one day prior to their appointment?

Yes. We have option to make one day before taking appointment. You can to send email to make configuration of this settings.

14. I have multi doctors with same specialisation. can queue management system assign counters based on arrival?

No of counters has to be set to get this feature.

15. What is fixed broadcast message?

Any fixed info for hospital like timing & terms and conditions can be set here.

16. What is variable broadcast message?

Temporary messages like Today I am not availabe and late arrival messages can be broadcasted to patients. And this will stay for that day only.

17. Can I make next day Holiday?

under Config you can set and save to make next day holiday.

18. Can I stop immediately all appointments?

Yes. Call from your Registered number and press 2 to stop all appointments.

19. How to get My Waitless Number?

Go to Waitlessbuzz Home Page and click on Registration and fill details and submit to get your Waitless Number.
